Pinnacle at the Wesleyan was funded in FHFC RFA 2020– 201 Housing Credit Financing For Affordable Housing Developments Located In Medium And Small Counties. Sources for this development are 9% LIHTC, provided through Bank of America, FHFC Viability funds, a conventional loan from Bank of America, a permanent loan from Neighborhood Lending Partners, and Osceola County and City of Kissimmee HOME funds. Construction commenced in December 2023 with substantial completion anticipated for February 2026. Pinnacle at the Wesleyan is a partnership between Birdsong Housing Partners and Pinnacle Housing.
