Falcon Trace

Falcon Trace was funded in FHFC RFA 2021-205 SAIL with Tax-Exempt Bonds and Non-Competitive Housing Credits. Sources for this development are SAIL, Osceola County MMRB, 4% LIHTC, and a loan from Osceola County. Tax credit equity and the construction loan will be provided through Bank of America, and the permanent loan will be provided through Chase Bank. Falcon Trace II is currently in credit underwriting with construction anticipated to begin in the second quarter 2023.
