Falcon Trace

Falcon Trace was funded through FHFC RFA 2021-205 SAIL with Tax-Exempt Bonds and Non-Competitive Housing Credits. Funding sources for this development include SAIL, Osceola County MMRB, 4% LIHTC, and a loan from Osceola County. Tax credit equity and the construction loan were provided through Bank of America, while the permanent loan was secured through Chase Bank.
Today, Falcon Trace is partially completed and welcoming residents. The community features a variety of high-quality amenities designed to enhance quality of life, including a resort-style swimming pool, a fully equipped computer lab to support digital access and learning, a children’s playground, and a dedicated dog park. These thoughtfully integrated features help foster a vibrant, inclusive, and family-friendly living environment for all residents.
