Ava Square was awarded CDBG-DR hurricane recovery funding by Lee County and non-competitive housing tax credits and tax-exempt bonds by FHFC. Sources for this development are 4% LIHTC, to be provided through Bank of America, Lee County CDBG-DR, and a conventional construction with Bank of America and permanent loan to be provided by Citibank. Ava Square is currently in credit underwriting with closing anticipated for March 2026 and substantial completion to follow in 3rd quarter 2027. Ava Square will be managed by Professional Management, Inc.
